I was able to click the "Start" button and follow through to the following course as expected. Can you perhaps try again, or try using a different browser?

If this doesn't work, please send a screen recording to training@smartsheet.com letting them know if this is happening for all users on your current plan with the same access code, or if it's just for your specific account.
