Project schedule with different due dates?
Does anyone have a project schedule that they use, that would have different due dates based on the contract terms?
Meaning I have one project schedule, with 75 task. The PSEO dates for customer 1 is 75 days so my kick off to go live date has to be within 75 days and all 75 task have to be done almost one after another day 1 to day 75.... But then lets say I have customer 2 that is a 150 days from kick off to go live. That means every task can take 2 days so the due date would be different then the first project. I have one sheet that I use that says if it is 75 or 150 or 300 and when i put that number in with the Sold Date, it should calculate all the task due dates.... Make sense?

Hi,
you can have a sheet that has 2 columns 1 with project name and 1 with date to be applied,
then in your main sheet do a vlookup the project name to pop up the project date, did i get it right?
Thank you!😀

Not sure what you mean @A Rose our project sheet has 100+ task, so wouldnt I need multiple rows and then say based on whichever PSEO date 75 150 or 300 then look at the row and put in those dates?

hi @Bryan Long ,
that is correct, you’ll need to create another sheet with 1 column of the data and 1 column of the other data, add as many matches as you want to make in as many rows neccessary, then in your default sheet you’d do VLOOKUP([Column A]@row,refrenceSheet BColumn1&2,2,false).
Thank you!
