At new mobile view. new tasks are at the bottom. Is there a way to make them to be added at the top?

How are you adding tasks? Directly into the sheet or via form? If via form, there should be an option within the form builder that indicates to have new entries added to the top of the sheet.

I'm adding directly, through the + button.

Ah. Ok. You may want to look into creating a basic form that will allow you to add a new submission and have it populated at the top. Once you add the new submission with whatever info you have on hand, you can then go back to the "sheet" to update it with whatever you didn't initially have.
