Possible to create columns within columns?

Is it possible to create columns within columns with a checkbox in each of the sub-columns as below?

It is not currently possible, but it would be nice if we could. Feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you are able.

In the meantime, you are going to have to create separate checkbox columns for each.
