Upload File not working
Hello,
I tried to upload an Excel file into a sheet. The file has a xlsx extension and is 16kB.
When I upload the file or drag&drop, nothing happens. I don't get an error message.
What is wrong?

Strange!
- Try to log out/log in again and test if that fixed it.
- Try with another file.
Did that work?

Strange indeed!
I tried another xlsx and even a pdf file. It didn't work.
I tried the same in another sheet, same result.

I am a licensed user (in a Business plan).

Try it in private/incognito mode and also in another browser.
I'd be happy to take a quick look and check if it works for me.
Can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s)? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Hi Andrée,
I didn't work Chrome Icognito (Chrome Version 90.0.4430.72 (Official Build) (64-bit)).
I tried Edge (Microsoft Edge 44.17763.831.0), no luck.
I shared the sheet with you and attached the Excel I used.

I tested on both the sheet and in the attachment area, and it worked for me.
