Printing PDF Gantt

Hi All,

When i PDF the gantt chart it only gives me the columns and none of the gantt chart.

Any ideas why?

What View is the sheet in when you go to print it? If your sheet is in Grid view, the Print PDF will show in Grid. If you change this to a Gantt view, then it should show a PDF with both the columns and the Gantt view.

An easy way to quickly see if your PDF will be in the right view is to see if there is a section that allows you to customize the date range within the Print Settings. (See: Print from Smartsheet for more information.)

If this hasn't helped, could you confirm what browser you're using? It would also be helpful tosee a screen capture of the Print Settings window, the sheet in Gantt View, and how you see it as a PDF print preview (but please block out sensitive data).
