    =IF([Payment Status]@row = "Yes", "Green", IF(Aged@row > Terms@row, "Red", IF(Aged@row = Terms@row, "Yellow", IF(Aged@row < Terms@row, "Green"))))

    I figured it out (If formula if you want to use symbol)
