Formulas in reports don't work

Hello,

I have formulas working properly in the sheets, but not in the report. For example, when a task is "Complete" in a sheet, the done checkbox is ticked and the dot gets grey; when I do the same in the report, only the status is updated.

Similarly, in the sheets a formula makes the dot yellow 15 days before the end date and red 10 days before. However, I need to open a sheet from the report for the report to be updated.

Is there a way to make these updates automatic in the report?

Try updating the report after you've made any changes.

actually updating the report worked. Thanks!

Any idea about how to fix the other issue? Yesterday when I checked my report I found yellow dots where there should have been red (colors depend on the remaining days). I opened the project sheet and actually tasks there were red. After doing that I went back to the report and everything was updated.

Are you using the TODAY function in the formulas in the sheet?

In the At Risk Column, where dots are, I have this formula

=IF(Status@row = "Complete", "Gray", IF(ISBLANK([Assigned To]@row), "", IF(ISNUMBER([Remaining Days]@row), IF([Remaining Days]@row >= 15, "Green", IF([Remaining Days]@row <= 10, "Red", "Yellow")))))
