Admin Access Issues

Hello,
Ever since updates took place last week, my admin/editor access is no longer working. I have been unable to make edits or changes on our onboarding tracker. The owner of the sheet has tried to remove and re-add my access, I have also signed out and back in a handful of times with no luck. Can someone advise on how I should proceed?

Hope you are fine, did you try the following.
1- delete the cookies in your browser.
2- try a different browser.
3- try to login into your account from a different computer.
if all of that are not working i think you need to Contact Support.
