Great thread! I have one to offer.

Typing Alt + 0149 creates a bullet point. Make sure you see the cursor in your cell before trying this. You can't just click on a cell and type it. You have to double-click on a cell, so that you can see the actual cursor flashing. Then hold the left Alt key while typing 0149. Then release the Alt key, and a bullet point will appear. The 0149 part must be typed via the number pad on your keyboard.

I have another one that's worth sharing.

Type the letter T (upper or lower case, doesn't matter) into a cell in a Date Column, and Today's date will be entered into the cell.

Looks like the button for full-screen mode has been removed.

You can still enter full-screen mode by typing "Ctrl + F1".

For those using an external keyboard:

1. Click and hold either Ctrl key
2. Click the F1 key
3. Release the Ctrl key

For those using a laptop keyboard:

1. Click and hold either Ctrl key (I prefer the left Ctrl key because it’s next to the fn key)
2. Click and hold the fn key (located next to the left ctrl key)
3. Click the F1 key
4. Release the Ctrl key
