what do i need to add to this formula to have it stop at 0? right now some are in the negative.
=IF(ISBLANK(Date132), 0, SUM(50 - SUM(SUM([Total # of Pieces]133:[Total # of Pieces]135) * 0.4)))
I want it to stop at 0 on quantities that meet that criteria.

Try this:
=IF(OR(ISBLANK(Date132), SUM(50 - SUM(SUM([Total # of Pieces]133:[Total # of Pieces]135) * 0.4)) <= 0), 0, SUM(50 - SUM(SUM([Total # of Pieces]133:[Total # of Pieces]135) * 0.4)))
