Random Sheet upon Login

When I log into SmartSheets, it takes me to the same Random Sheet, I never use anymore. How can I set my account up so that when I login to SmartSheets, it takes me to the home dashboard?

Have you tried bookmarking the home dashboard, and just using that bookmark to get you there? If you aren't logged in, SmartSheet will interrupt the browser and ask for credentials. But then you should continue.

Are you using smartsheet via a web browser? It sounds like it could be an issue with the browser rather than smartsheet. The browser may be auto-filling the end of the URL and taking you to a specific sheet.

• Could you clear your browser history and cookies to prevent the browser from taking you to the sheet it has remembered?
• Or bookmark the main home page URL (https://app.smartsheet.com/) and use the bookmark to log in to Smartsheet instead of typing it into your browser.
