SmartSheet Version

My new SmartSheet look/feel/experience version automatically kicked in a few weeks ago, according to the Release Notes; https://www.smartsheet.com/content-center/product-news/release-notes/new-smartsheet-experience. However, one of my team members still sees the "old version", prior to that change. How do I get his SmartSheet version to update?

    Try having them log out and then log back in.
