My new SmartSheet look/feel/experience version automatically kicked in a few weeks ago, according to the Release Notes; https://www.smartsheet.com/content-center/product-news/release-notes/new-smartsheet-experience. However, one of my team members still sees the "old version", prior to that change. How do I get his SmartSheet version to update?

Try having them log out and then log back in.

Record a date when a status changes from closed to open

Adding a editor
Hello, I have bough PRO licence. It shows that up to 10 editors are included. But when I try to add the editors, it shows me, that there are 0 licences available. What does that mean? Are there editors included or do I already need to buy more licences? Right now only 1 user can see the sheets.
