Conditional format cells when entire row is not empty

My sheet has 20 columns

I need to conditionally format cells in 7 of the 20 columns but only where the row s not entirely empty

I'm trying to alert the user of blank values in fields that are required

Hmm.. Hang on...
It seems if I use "Is Blank or "Does not Include" it gets me there
