How to view conversations

Is there a way to view the conversations you have had in Smart sheets? Is there a sent items?

You should be able to click on the Text Box image at the top of the right toolbar.

Thanks Paul! We use smartsheet in a variety of formats and I don't always have access to the form or sheet where the conversation happened. So I was hoping to find a repository where all conversations are held. Is there such a thing?

Not that I am aware of other than going through alert emails if you have received them. Feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you are able.
