Thank you for taking time to answer me. I saw templates. But I cannot identify one corresponding to test cases scenarios. When I did a search on smartsheet Web site, I found this: "The Essential Test Case Primer _ Smartsheet". But I don't know if it is an ITIL template.

If you're talking about these templates here (How to Write Test Cases: The Essential Guide), then although these aren't specific for ITIL, you should be able to adapt them for your purposes and process.

I would try searching for other general articles that go through ITIL Test Case processes (like this one, separate from Smartsheet), then adjust any of the templates you've found to align with what you need. Smartsheet templates give you a starting point to build from, but they will all likely need some tweaking to ensure that the format is specific to you. Does that make sense?
