Impossible to open the dashboard files in the smartsheet

Please continue working with the Support team where you can provide them with the sensitive information you posted here in a private channel. It would be helpful if you emailed them the .har file so they can look into the cause of the error. (Note: I am unable to open the file you sent, the .rar file. Please ensure you are following these steps to create the Network Trace)

I checked with our Support team and it looks like you're already in contact with them about this issue, which is good as they will be able to troubleshoot this one-on-one with you. If you haven't already, please also provide the Support team with the following details:
- The Dashboard URL (or multiple URLs if it's happening to more than one)
- List of users impacted (do other shared users see the same message?)
- Network Trace file (.HAR file - see this article for how to generate this file).

I contacted support but my problem is still not resolved this is very important to us.
