When a user unsubscribes

Hello, if a user unsubscribes to an email notification in error how can that get reversed?

Here is an example of the action log and I want that [email protected] to be a subscriber not unsubscribe.

I have also struggled with this, I believe it has to be done by the user on their end.

When logged in as [email protected] go they go to manage workflows and its in the menu for that workflow

the [email protected] is not a licenced user of smartsheets, we are just requesting an update from them and have the grid shared. Is there a way as licenced user/admin, like I am can resubscribe a unlicensed user if they inadvertently unsubscribe?
