"You were trying to log in using a method not supported by your organization" log in error?
I am suddenly getting this error message when I try to log in. It has never been a problem before and I am unable to get into this account. Does anyone have any advice?

Did this ever get resolved? I have some members that are getting this exact same error to view our sheets. They are logging in with their email and password they set up and are getting the error.

What plan-type are these users on? In an Enterprise plan, System Admins are able to manage sign-in options and turn off certain ways to log in (such as email and password). See this Help Article for more information: Manage Authentication Options for an Enterprise Plan (System Admin)
If you can confirm that these users aren't part of an Enterprise plan, the next thing to check is to ensure that they have created a Smartsheet account before accessing this sheet link. Please have them try logging in to Smartsheet from http://app.smartsheet.com/ and navigate to the sheet through the app, instead.
Should they still be receiving errors, please have them reach out to Smartsheet Support with screen captures of the error, the email address they use to access Smartsheet, and what browsers they have tried.
Thanks!
Genevieve
