Return unique values from a row

Hi,

I am trying to find a formula where I can return unique value from within a row.

The range would be column2:column5 and returning only the unique values within that range to unique value column. eg: A,B,C

=JOIN(DISTINCT([Column2]@row:[Column5]@row), ",")
