How can I remove BLANK value from Star rating field?

I need to show only One to Five ratings, and so I need to remove the EMPTY value - how can I do this?

It is not possible to adjust the options, but feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
You could use Conditional Formatting and Automations along with a helper column that generates specific text when a user selects "Empty" to prompt them to change it.
