Can I count after a certain time?

Hello,

I am using this formula =COUNTIF({Shipment Dump Range 1}, "yes") to count the number of yesses on my dump sheet. My question is, how can I modify this formula to count the number of yesses after 5pm for example?

Create ColumnC that with something like IF(AND(ColumnA="yes",ColumnB>5pm),"Yes","No")

Then point your COUNTIFS at ColumnC.
