CountIF or CountIFS

I was able to use CountIF correctly to capture all the requisitions that had the status "recruiting/sourcing". Now I want to count the number of requisitions that have that same status, but are also in the Job Family (which is another column) "Information Technology" . I tried to do CountIFS and didn't work then I tried AND function. Help...I know this is easy but I'm struggling.

=COUNTIF({Weekly Recruiting Rep - Corporate and Serv Range 1}, ="Recruiting/Sourcing"), AND, ({Weekly Recruiting Rep - Corporate and Serv Range 3}, ="Information Technology")
