Password Complexity

I see that Smartsheet passwords must be 10 characters. Is that currently the only requirement? Is there any other complexity required such as special characters, caps, etc.?

If you are logging in to Smartsheet via email and password, then yes, 10 characters is currently the only requirement for password creation (see the "note" at the bottom of this article: Change and Reset Your Password).

If you are part of an Enterprise account, the login options you see may vary depending on how your Smartsheet System Admin has configured your login capabilities. See Configure Security Controls for an Enterprise Plan for more information.
