Sync Smartsheet calendar to outlook calendar

follow the instruction to publish my department smartsheet calendar and hope this will show up in my outlook calendar, no success, got the link, not sure how to generate a ical url? not sure what am i doing wrong? https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/775707-publishing-a-smartsheet-calendar-to-ical

You are trying to publish the calendar from the "Calendar App", which I don't think supports iCal URL but just allows sharing to shared users or as public view to the calendar view through the calendar app.

You will need to use the "Calendar View" from the Sheet and then generate the iCal URL following instructions here,
