Modified report based on when comments were added

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to either create a report or even have the modified column updated based on when a comment/attachment was added. Right now, the modified default only updates when someone updates a cell in the row itself.

Please let me know if you know a way around this.

I don't think you can do one of those.

But you could add an alert someone automation when the comments and attachment are added or modified. If you do it on a Daily or Weekly basis it would show in the notification sort of like a report/chart of the changes.

The highlight changes feature will include those changes in the selected timeframe
