Changing Forms color

Hello,

Can I change my Form background color?

Right now it is in black but I want to change it to blue.

Is there any possibility if I'm not the sheet owner but I'm the admin?

Yes, but only if it's in a Workspace, you can change the branding, which will show in the form.
