Send Update Request that will stay active for that person until further notice

I have a tracker that tracks 60 different trainings for 400 techs. I would like to know if there is a way to give each person a link (like the Send Update Request) that would stay active forever. They should be able to get back into the link to view their line only and update as they go. The techs will be taking different trainings multiple times a year and usually at their own pace so sending an update request on a weekly/monthly basis is not feasible.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

• I recently developed a (what I call), Dynamic View Light. It's quite advanced, but in short, it's using cross-sheet formulas and INDEX/MATCH and a specific structure and method so it's only possible to show data that should be available.
