Documents not uploading onto a dashboard

I have had this for a couple of days now, where i go to add a shortcut to a document like I have previously and it doesn't load. There are no error messages and until recently was working. Could you advise please?

Try the following if you haven't already.

• Log out/in
• Test it in another browser
• Test it in an incognito/private mode

Hello,

I have tried all of these things and still no joy. I am tying to get them from my OneDrive and I can see the document, and I click to open and it and nothing happens, no error , no document uploaded.
