I am having hard time finding templates in smart sheet. But when I google it they I see them but as soon as I login I can't find them. I particularly looking for an account receivable template

If you click on the "+" on the left toolbar, it should take you to the Solution Center. From there you can search on keywords or (if you already know the name of the template) the name of the template you are searching for. They also have general categories on the left underneath of the search bar if you wanted to just browse.

I tried both solutions but I cant seem to find account recievable template

Is that the exact name of the template? I found an Accounts Payable template. Not sure if that is laid out the way you would need it or not.

They may not still have it as a template within Smartsheet. If you wanted that EXACT setup, you could use the excel doc as a reference to build it out. You would need to adjust some formulas and you would be using two separate sheets, but it can be replicated.
