Form AutoFill Send me a copy of my responses

I want to make sure a copy of all responses goes back to the person who filled out the form. I provided a link using "?ECA=name@domain.com".

This works perfectly when the form is accessed from a laptop, but it does not work when they access if via their phone.

Does anyone know why and if there is a way to ensure it is filled in for both laptop and phone?

I'd recommend adding an automated Alert Workflow that sends when a new form is submitted.

Would that work/help?

That is exactly what I did when I first sent it up, however, the process is/can be slow and the formatting is not exactly what we like.

By automatically ensuring the "send me a copy of my responses" is check with the correct email, they get the response back immediately and in a format that can easily be shared.

Do you know why this doesn't work on the phone?

Ok.

I think it doesn't work on a mobile device because it opens the app.
