Receiving an error message when trying to edit/save automations created by someone else
We are having issues editing automations that have been created by someone else. If someone other than the original person who created the automation goes in to try and edit & save they receive the error message saying "sorry, we are having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now....."
The person who created the automation is able to go back in and edit & save without any such error but I or other people on the team are not without receiving this error message? The other people on the team trying to make edits, all have admin access to the sheet. We are also not able to duplicate, edit & save without receiving the same error msg. We have to create a new automation from scratch?
