Printing Reports

There seems to be a disconnect between what appears on the screen of a report vs what gets printed. Has anyone found a work around on this?

Specifically, we are trying to keep the groupings to remain on the printed version but when we got to print, it removes all of the groupings and just lists the rows out.

We did find a workaround by exporting the data to Excel and then creating a print from there, but it was a bit cumbersome. Any advice would be great.

Yup. I use the Live Data Connector to get the data out of Smartsheet. I use Access, but you can use Excel also. Once the LDC is set up, it's very reliable.

I would not use Smartsheet without this feature. The reporting is horrible.
