Why "Assigned to" drop down list shows 4 contacts only?
Why "Assigned to" drop down list shows 4 contacts only? I had 6 contacts in total, can it show all the contracts in the drop down list? Million thanks!

What happens if you click on the "Add New" in the sheet?

After i pressed drop down button (1), i can't find my contact in list (2), I need to click 3 to find the contact in (4) I need. So why don't the list (2) show all the contacts directly so that I don't need to click 3?
** update: the nos. of contacts in list 2 increased, I don't know why, is that because i assigned him one time so the system helps me to put him in list 2 for the next time?
