Is there a way to consolidate all approved proofs into a report or dashboard?

Not sure I follow.

• How are the pictured added?
• Are they already in Proofs?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Hi Andree thanks for checking

So this is a tracker where engineers put the status of their work (I sent you an invite)

example: Excavation = to started or completed

then the engineers need to take a picture that "excavation" is completed and put it as "proof".

I need to consolidate all "proof" to a dashboard or report so that the head engineer can see progress via pictures.

I got excellent news. Proofing is now supported in reports.

You can view, upload, and manage proofs from reports, similar to how users interact with proofs from the grid. You can easily open existing proofs aggregated from multiple sheets, upload new proofs, and quickly take action without leaving the report.
