Can you have two different workflows based on the same trigger?
I have the following automations set up based on when the Complete checkbox is checked for a row.
When the "Complete" box is checked:
- Send alert to requester letting them know if was complete
- Move row to archive sheet
It moves the row to the archive sheet but does not send the email notification to the requester. Can they not be based on the same box? Do I need to have a separate checkbox to align with the requester alert?
I thought the order of when the workflows occur might be based on the order they were created, so I created and saved the email alert first, so that it would send the email before moving to the archive but that did not work either.
Thank you for your help!

You can have two workflows based on the same trigger, but it appears as if the Move row is triggering first.
I would suggest inserting a date type column.
Then you can set your email workflow to send on the checkbox.
Set a workflow to enter the date in the date type column when the box is checked.
Adjust your move row to move based on this date type column being in the past.
This way the email and date will trigger right away, but then first thing tomorrow morning is when the move row will trigger. That ensures the row is definitely there to trigger the email

There must be a better way that doesn't involve adding unnecessary date columns to my project registers!
