Change formula to show %

I used this formula to get my % in my Sheet Summary:

=COUNTIF([Employment Status at Enrollment]:[Employment Status at Enrollment], ="Manufacturer") / COUNT([Employment Status at Enrollment]:[Employment Status at Enrollment])

I would like it to show up as 40% (round up).

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Shelia,

In the Data Sheet you should be able to select percentage format. You may need to also edit the decimal places as well. The buttons to do both are on the right side of that top tool bar on the sheet (I am showing that part of the tool bar)

    Hope that helps

While you are counting on text based criteria, your formula is outputting a number. Since it is outputting a number, you should be able to format the sheet summary field as a percentage using the option in the top toolbar.
