How to ID names present in other sheets

I have a column of company names in a new sheet. I'm trying to figure out to write a formula that checks a box if the company name in the new sheet appears in any other sheet within the workspace

=IF(OR(COUNTIFS({First Sheet Company Column}, CONTAINS([Company Name]@row, @cell)) > 0, COUNTIFS({Second Sheet Company Column}, CONTAINS([Company Name]@row, @cell)) > 0, COUNTIFS({Third Sheet Company Column}, CONTAINS([Company Name]@row, @cell)) > 0), 1)
