Checkbox Automatically go into % Complete?

Hi, I am trying to make my checkbox columns automatically add to my % Complete, any chance someone has a formula that can help me out?

Hope you are fine, did you mean when % Complete value is 100% you want the checkbox to be checked. if this what you need please try the following formula and convert it to a column format formula

=IF([% Complete]@row = 1, 1)

Thank you for the help.

I mean that i want the checkbox to reflect the % complete. As in when i check the box it will reflect the % complete. (E.g, if i have 2 check boxes and one is checked the % complete will say 50%, If both are check it will say 100%)
