Data from one form to another Sheet

Hello,

I want to be able to enter data on a form that writes to another sheet for example:

Sheet A is completed by rep A

Sheet B is completed by rep B, however that data needs to write to Sheet A's columns as well.

Two options come to mind.

• Copy row workflow
• Cross-sheet formula combined with VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH

Would any of those options work/help?
