Hello team,

I have a question concerning workflows. Can I export a sheet by an automated action with a trigger like a condition or date? for instance, I'd like to make an excel image of a sheet when some conditions..

Yes, this is possible! You can set up a recurring email of your sheet as an attachment. (See: Share Sheet Information in Email)

File > Send As Attachment > Schedule

If you have conditions you would like to meet (such as only specific rows being sent), you could set up a Report with your conditions built into the filter of the Report (see: Share a Report as an Attachment in Email).
