Need to calculate a 3-day window for responses

I am having a tough time with this. I have 3 columns: Date Submitted, Date Answered, Days Between.

I need to calculate a 3-day window for responses. As long as the response date is within 3 working days, it is on time. Anything after that is late.

When I use this function and change the 0 to 3, any date I enter is shown as late, even if it is the very next calendar day.

Date Submitted = 5/27/2021

Date Answered = 5/28/2021

Days Between = 1 Day Late

What's the formula you're using?
