Gantt chart with key dates from other sheets
Hi all,
we have several big projects running at once that have up to 100 rows in them.
is there anyway to take key days from those and put them into another sheet so I can have an overview of all the projects.

I hope you're well and safe!
Have you explored using a report?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Hi Andree,
nice to hear from you again. All well and safe. I hope you are too.
Can you use a gantt view in a report? This is the easiest way for me to view what I need.

Likewise! Glad to hear that you're well, and I am too!
Yes, you can use the Gantt view in reports.

Hi Andree,
Glad to hear!!
Is there an easy way to change the bar colour in the gantt chart. The report view is very clutter and i would like to have a way to easily identify each project.
I tried grouping but it just spread out everything too much.
Here i have 2 projects and i will end up with 4 or more.

Yes, there are two ways.
- You can change it manually by right-clicking on the bar in the sheet(s)
- You can automate it with Conditional Formatting in the sheet(s)
More info.
