Where does the "Last Update" info reside?

Where does the Last Update information reside? I want to look at usage and which items are being accessed. I know the data exists, hence I see it displayed. How do I access it for a report?

I appreciate the workaround, but my question stands. This information is stored in the system. Where?

Having access to it would be super-helpful. I can download a report that shows the exact second every team member was granted access to a sheet, but the Last Update number is tucked away somewhere.
