Greyed out Baseline Functionality

I have an issue with greyed out Baseline Functionality and I pay for a TEAM Plan which I think is better than an Individual Plan but lower than Enterprise or Premier. How come I can't s access the Baseline feature even when I am owner of the worksheet??

The Baseline functionality is available for Individual, Business, and Enterprise plans (see the side note on the Baseline Help Article, here). The Team plan is an older plan (see here), where baselines aren't compatible. If this is a feature you're interested in, please contact Smartsheet about potentially switching to a Business plan.
