How do I create a mutli select drop downs with additional fields for text
I have a predefined mutli select column with 10 departments. The user can select 1 or more departments. For each selection the user needs to be able to add floor number, and room and or suite number. Those are not predefined or preloaded. I do I set it up so the user can add that text for each department selected?

Happy to help!
Yes, that would still work with the Form Logic.
Another option could be the below.
I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

I hope you're well and safe!
One way could be to use the Form Logic feature.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!

Thanks for your response.
That might work. But if the user selects 2 buildings, sorry buildings not departments, from the drop down list, we need to collect the floor number and room number for both. If they select 3, we need for all three. The buildings are pre-set but the floor and room or suite can many different combinations.
