Current User Views on Reports/Dashboards
Hello!
I am trying to create a dashboard for internal, unlicensed users to see tasks assigned to them, and I seem to be missing something because I can't get it to work.
I have a report filtered to current user:
I have the report on the dashboard set up to show the viewer's data:
I have the user shared as admin to the workspace:
I have the column set up as Contacts, and have items assigned to Jen:
The report is not otherwise filtered to exclude Jen's items.
But when Jen opens the dashboard, she doesn't see anything:
What am I missing?

- That doesn't look like expected. Does Jen log in to view the Dashboard?
- What does she see if she opens the report?

Thanks for your response! When Jen opens the report, she sees nothing.
She is logged in via SSO with her work account (the same account used in the contact column).

I have no certain explanation, but this issue seems to be resolved. Our best guess is that the link I was sending Jen to view the dashboard was the wrong link - i.e. it was to edit the dashboard rather than to view it. Changing how I get that link (via Share rather than Publish) seems to have resolved the issue.
