How do I solve? Please stand by while smart sheet is loading. Works with an incognito window.
Trying to log in to smart sheet and it keeps spinning and saying "Please stand by while SmartSheet is loading". All other sites work fine, just can't get in to Smartsheet, unless I go to an incognito window. Using Safari on Mac. Thanks!

Hi @Andrée Starå This has happened to me a few times now, all while using Safari. I tried today with Chrome and was able to log in just fine. Then I went back to Safari and it worked today, after all day yesterday being unable to log in. Not sure what happened but it appears to be working as expected today. Thank you!

I am having the same problem, using Chrome (up-to-date). Others users are experiencing the same issue - "Smartsheet is loading". After using Smartsheet for several hours yesterday morning, subsequent sessions would not load. One session started this morning for me, but our other users (~4) cannot get in. I have submitted output from the incognito troubleshooting process.
