Is there an expiry date for the update request?
Some of my team members could not update the request I sent through Smartsheet. Most of these issues are reported on the links which are older than 30 days

No, as far as I know, there isn't any expiry date for Update Requests.
If it is sent to multiple people, it will only work once for the first one completing it.
Do they get an error message?
