Link an entire column from 1 sheet to another

You should use either 1 or @row but not both.

@Paul Newcome is there anyway to tag up over the phone? You seem very knowledgeable on these subjects, even more so than the Smartsheet helpdesk. I spent 45 mins on the phone today and was unable to get any answers, just we will email you when we can figure out how to do this.
I'm trying to you get your cross sheet entire column reference you mentioned above but it similar to above, save unparseable.
=INDEX({Options & Impacted Teams Option Number}, 1@row)
The sheet name where I want it linked FROM is "Options & Impacted Teams" and the column name I was linked FROM is "Option Number" and I want a one for one link across the entire destination sheet. I am very confused!
